2NE1 was a S Korean daughter group signed to YG Amusement.[1] The discography consists of three studio albums, three extended plays, and twenty-five singles. CL, Bom, Dara, and Minzy make up the quartet. The group established themselves in the Korean music scene in March 2009, with the release of "Lollipop", a collaboration with label mates Big Bang.[2]

Their second Korean album, Crush, was released on March 7, 2014, with the album selling over five thousand copies in the Us and charted at number 61 on the Billboard 200 in its get-go week of release. In doing so, the album broke 2 records: the best-selling K-Pop Album and the highest-charting K-pop album on the Billboard 200, beating the records previously held by Big Bang's EP Alive (four,100 copies) and Girls' Generation-TTS'due south EP Twinkle (which had peaked at number 126), respectively.[10]
Following their disbandment in November 2016, the group has released their final unmarried "Cheerio" on January 21, 2017 every bit a farewell gift to their fans. The song only featured the three remaining members CL, Bom, and Dara since Minzy already left YG Entertainment in May 2016. In total, the group has reportedly sold 66.5 million digital and physical records worldwide, making them 1 of the best-selling daughter groups of all time.[11] [12]
